I've been told that people are comfortable when working with me. I'll explain every detail along the way. When I become your exclusive buyers agent I represent you, and look out for your well being during the transaction.

Finding your new home is the fun part, getting the transaction through trouble free is where you need representation. Someone to keep everything going on schedule, keeping you informed etc. right through until you close on the home and take possession.

Selling a home I offer the same service; I work for you to make sure your selling experience goes smoothly. I will deal with the Buyers agents and convey all offers on the property directly and promptly to you. I will guide you through the selling process till close of escrow.
